PROGRESS TO REPORT!
Short Story Being Published
In
October, 2004, I submitted a mystery to a group who solicited submissions for an anthology of mysteries. The local chapter
of the Sisters in Crime, who call themselves the Desert Sleuths, sent me a letter of acceptance for "Smalltown Heart" - which
will be published in 2005, in a book called "Medley of Murder"!

Medley of Murder was released by Red Coyote
Press in September, 2005.
Second Novel Nearly Complete
Nearing completion is "Florencia" - that's the working
title for a mystery involving a murder in an independent living community for seniors! With a cast of seventeen characters,
who all have strong and sometimes sinister personalities, the murder is not yet solved, as so many have had motive and opportunity!
It must be a good story, if even I don't know who the murderer is!

writer of mysteries, I highly recommend membership in a local Sisters in Crime chapter. I've found my local group to be wonderfully
helpful and supportive - it's a great group of ladies (and some gentlemen) who love books and writing, including some published
